Now we can provide 64-layer PCB build-up products including automotive electronic PCBs, multilayer PCBs and

    Cutting

    지정된 크기로 CCL(원판)을
    재단하는 공정

    Inner Imaging

    내층에 감광성 필름으로
    자외선을 조사하여 회로형성

  • Step3

    AOI

    형성된 내층 이미지의 결함을
    광학장비를 이용하여 검사

  • Step4

    LAY UP

    내층과 P.P C/F를 열과 압력을
    이용해 하나로 접착시키는 공정

  • Step5

    Drill

    부품과 층간 배선을 위한
    Hole을 가공하는 작업

  • Step6

    Plating

    절연체의 표면에 도전성을
    부여하기 위한 공정

  • Step7

    Imaging

    외층에 감광성 필름으로
    자외선을 조사하여 회로형성

  • Step8

    AOI

    형성된 외층 이미지의 결함을
    광학장비를 이용하여 검사

  • Step9

    PSR

    Solder 부착을 방지하며,
    표면회로를 외부환경으로 부터 보호

  • Step10

    Finish

    산화방지 및 assembly의
    목적에 맞게 표면을 가공하는 공정

  • Step11

    BBT

    전류를 통하여 각 제품의
    회로결손 여부 검사

  • Step12

    Inspection & Packing

    제품에 발생한 기타 결함을
    외관검사하고 소분 포장 후 고객사 배송
